Apex Medical Center, dedicated to addressing male fertility concerns, faced the challenge of repurposing an abandoned commercial building into a functional healthcare facility. Adhering to ADA codes and working around structural limitations posed by existing columns, our team skillfully crafted a design that seamlessly integrated various essential spaces.
These included a welcoming entrance and lobby, doctor's office, examination rooms, executive meeting facilities, restrooms, storage spaces, and a breakroom. After presenting two design alternatives, the chosen plan (alternative 01) emerged as a thoughtful solution, reflecting our commitment to creating a conducive environment for male fertility treatments within the transformed space.
