During my tenure at Home Creations since June 2020, a prominent force in Oklahoma's home building sector, I have actively collaborated with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, sales team, and construction experts. This dynamic exposure has not only refined my design skills but has also ignited a fervent ambition to assume a leadership mantle. Leveraging my unique dual background in landscape architecture and architecture, I aspire to spearhead and manage both types of developments. My role covers a wide spectrum of responsibilities, primarily focused on creation of comprehensive construction document sets for innovative floor plan developments including foundation plans, elevations, roof and joist plans, finish specifications, plumbing plan, HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and intricate design details.

 

Additionally, I thrive in the realm of innovation, consistently rejuvenating existing floor plans and elevations to seamlessly incorporate the latest design trends. In close partnership with the sales department, I contribute to the strategic selection of ideal floor plans and lots for diverse neighborhoods. A crucial dimension of my role involves navigating the regulations for getting building permits by meticulously tailoring construction documents to meet the precise mandates of different municipalities. Beyond these core responsibilities, I have been instrumental in elevating the functionality and relevance of our CAD library. By instituting a comprehensive CAD handbook, I have standardized and streamlined our CAD resources, ensuring a consistent, efficient workflow that resonates throughout the organization.
